Chief Technologist and founder of The SME ConsortiumAmit is a well-recognized information technology executive with specializations in IT Strategy, infrastructure efectiveness and transforming IT to the next-generation computing models. Amit founded the SME Consortium to address client's complex business needs.
Before joining SysMind and forming The SME consortium, Amit was working for the technology giant IBM as a Client Technical Advisor. Amit worked fourteen plus years for IBM as an IT Professional in various technical roles. In Amit’s role as a Client Technical Advisor, he supported C level executives at 5 large companies by providing solutions to solve their critical business problems and helped to improve corporate performance. Amit had provided leadership and successfully completed many complex initiatives, some with a global focus. Before Joining IBM, Amit worked for The Bank of New York as an Assistant Vice President and was managing Application Development and new technology implementation departments.

Amit is an M.S. in Computer Science, he is an OpenGroup certified Master IT Architect and PMI certified PMP. Amit holds a patent on Display Unit.
Chief Executive OfficerPavel Adylin has been leading Artezio since its inception. A specialist with over 20 years of IT experience, he succeeded in building a superior team of professionals. Having started his IT career as a computer programmer in 1988, Mr. Adylin launched his first IT start-up in 1993. He has over ten years of senior management experience in sales and marketing. Mr. Adylin graduated from the Moscow Academy of Finance in 1997 and Moscow Institute of Radio-engineering, Electronics and Automation in 1991 with a Master of Science degree in Electronics. Mr. Adylin works in Artezio from its establishment in 2000 as CEO.
Chief Executive OfficerRick O’Brien is a serial entrepreneur that founded SemperCon to address shortcomings in the business models of hardware design and software development companies. With SemperCon, Mr. O’Brien has brought together an experienced development team with over 10 years of diverse hardware and software experience, and complimented that technical team with a project management team that works to understand clients’ short-term needs while helping to define their long term direction.
Mr. O’Brien understands the client’s needs after having built and managed in-house development teams for consumer RF specialist, iBiquity Digital Corporation, wireless application developer, Airput Inc., and consumer hardware company, PCvoice. Mr. O’Brien has extensive off-shore experience having managed Asian operations for Dallas Semiconductor, built hardware products with PCvoice and set up worldwide consumer electronics manufacturing partnerships for iBiquity RF receiver products.
Mr. O’Brien has a BSEE from Pennsylvania State University and started his career in the semiconductor business working with Advanced Micro Devices, OKI Semiconductor and Dallas Semiconductor.

A strong understanding of changing the behaviors and outcomes of adults. Firsthand experience in designing, developing and implementing TQM processes. Extensive international business experience with small, mid-sized and global businesses. Excellent emotional intelligence – able to adapt to dynamic situations. Undergraduate professor in international business administration. Published author: Financial Analysis of M&A Integration for McGraw-Hill in 2003, Culture Clout: Mergers, Acquisitions and Organization Cultures in 2009 and The Land Of Opportunity in 2010.
Chief Executive OfficerSaibal Dasgupta, CEO/co-founder of TULI eServices Inc since its inception, sets the overall direction of the organization and his primary focus and responsibilities are in the areas of strategic planning, business development, project management, finance and administration. A visionary with sound business principles, Saibal has led TULI eServices to its position of prominence in the Web application and software development industry. Since founding the company in 2004, Saibal has led the company through a period of constant growth.
Saibal brings over 24 years of experience as an application development professional with extensive experience in financial applications, hardware/infrastructure solutions and services to meet customer’s business needs in various markets and industries specially finance and web.
Prior to founding TULI eServices, Saibal worked for Stoever Glass and Co, Inc a Wall Street based boutique financial firm as a Manager Information Technology.
Saibal holds a Bachelors Degree in Science.
